Back in the spring we were approached by a startup company looking to crack
the ultra premium spirits market with their brand of vodka and gin. They employed
a unique distilling process that tied in with their roots in the Yukon, and were
in need of an overall marketing strategy, starting with bottle design and packaging.
Rather than giving it to one designer to tackle, the entire design team was invited
to come up with their interpretation of what a premium liquor bottle looked like
while keeping in mind the goals outlined in the brief.
The end result was a handful of extremely drinkable looking spirits with a smooth,
clean finish, and a very happy client. It was nice to see such great work come out
of the collaboration and friendly competition that went into the final designs.
